This was a great experience all around. After researching ebikes and conversion kits from several suppliers, I settled on the EBIKELING 500W Front Wheel Kit with black 11.2 battery in 26 inch size. This was a pretty simple conversion on my mid 2000's GIANT SUEDE bike. I did purchase the additional storage bag for the controller to make the installation easy. It hauls my 260 lb frame around very well.

I have ordered (2) water proof conversion kits from Ebikeling. Everything was done through the website and all items arrived promptly and worked great. I have never had to contact customer service so I cannot comment on this but the products are outstanding.
