Got my electric bike from here. The shop owner let me test ride the bikes to get a feel for which I felt most comfortable with. I love my purchase! Come here for all your electric bike needs. Avoid this store. Dropped off an ebike battery and was promised that it will be fixed or at least debugged. The owner held to the battery for 7 weeks, not responding to calls, texts, emails, voicemails, or forms on their website. I had to trek to the store three different times just to retrieve the battery exactly how I left it, missing a big chunk of summer for bike riding. The excuse for 7 weeks of silence and zero action? I’m not much of a “review” type of person, but I had such an amazing experience with The Electric Bike Store that I just had to share it. Not to speak ill of anyone, but I found this shop yesterday by doing a Google search for "scooter repair" after I was turned away from a nearby shop that I will call the “Other Guy”. Took my scooter in because it wasn’t charging and needed new brakes Dan said they’d check it out and text me back with diagnostic/price and date too pick up but I never received a text or communication. Went in in person too check the progress turns out it was Ready and they didn’t or couldn’t check why it wasn’t charging. They could only change the brakes but didn’t install them properly and both front brake pads came flying off on a ride. Smh

These guys work on ebikes no other shop wants to touch. They not only fixed my bike, but also upgraded my controller and battery so that my bike could go much faster. It took a couple of day, but it was worth the wait and I'm so happy have found them! Highly recommended. P.S. Thank you for putting 2 missing screws I had on my bike. It is those small details that I appreciate from a business.
