Kozy's Cyclery Megastore

I've had nothing but great service from sales and the repair team. Bought 2 bikes from them in the last 10yrs. They had great prices backed with knowledgeable technicians who will do the job right. Sales staff will put you on the right bike for your size. Love my Giant Yukon bought it in Sept .Put over 1k problem free miles, took it in for my free tune up and it still feels like a new bike. From my experiences I can recommend them.

My first major purchase on a new road bike with kozys was straight up forward and my bike arrived on time. I would say despite of the reviews long time ago I had a really good experience. I would say they are a local favorite in the area where I live too. The staff were nice and they do establish a good customer suggestions about the bike that you want or the bike that you need. The mechanics even helped me make some adjustments on my bike nicely.

Wonderful staff! I was looking for a specific model of road bike and they were the only shop in the midwest that had the size and color I was looking for. I was happy to support a real shop with a real storefront (not just an online retailer). When I called to ask about the bike before ordering it to make sure it had been built to the spec advertised on their site, they were super kind and helpful. I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for and Sherdon (store associate) was patient and knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. I tested a few bikes in the store and made my decision. He guided through my warranty and service options and handed me off the folks in the bike shop for a few additions and tweaks to the the new bike. A+ service app around. Great shop. Great staff.

Horrible service experience. Brought in my son’s Dj for a safety check as he bought it used. The first thing they told us is to unwrap the brake cable around the stem. It’s made that way on purpose! They then proceeded to tighten a few bolts, make rude comments about the bike and charged us $40. I feel totally scammed and will never return to a Kozy shop.
