Brad took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. The shop itself has a great selection, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great workshop setup for maintenance. If you’re looking for a solid bike shop in Chicago, I’d definitely recommend Big City Bikes.

Big City Bikes is awesome! I got my All City Big Block here and Brad has been super helpful to help me maintain and upgrade it as I go. It's my favorite bike and I even got new wheels that he built for me too.

On august 11 my birthday , I decided to buy myself a Ebike to celebrate turning 60. After leaving one bike shop where I literally felt insulted by The lack of assistant, i walked into big city ebikes, im 60 and new to ebikes, and I had a lot of questions. This small bike shop was really nice. I bought a bike back in August and they were great at helping me choose which one was the best for me, and also choosing accessories. Highly recommend if you want to buy/service a bike.
