Excellent service, interesting selection of bikes and options. Staff is wonderful! The owner helped me and my cycling partner find a weekend solution that rocked our world. What an awesome town to cycle in!

This is my favorite bike shop in Chicago! The staff are super knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. It never feels like they are trying to sell you on parts or services, and their prices are very fair. You can tell they care about what they do and the quality of their work. I will travel to this bike shop even if I live elsewhere in the city in the future.

Bike had been in storage under a leak and was in real rough shape, honestly thought I’d have to replace everything. Both times I went in the staff were super helpful with advice and letting me know what could be salvaged v. replaced. Despite the pics, it was only the chain and front derailleur that needed to be swapped out. Didn’t trust myself to do it and now it rides even better than before! Thanks so much 💗

I got my first bike last month in my 30s, and I’ve probably been in this shop every week since. Most of the time it’s to ask a “stupid” question, “how do I put air in my tires?” Or “how do I adjust my seat?” And each time staff here have been so patient and kind and haven’t once made me feel silly. What a staple of the community, the world needs more local shops like this. Also, very stoked on my pink pedals

Very helpful service team. Zero judgement. Quality parts and bikes on the sales floor. They got me back into the Milwaukee bike lane and onto the 606 stat.
