Chicagoland Bicycle Trek and Cannondale Bicycles

I was looking for a solid bike for my son and Chicagoland Bike delivered! Walked in, given a couple options and a test ride. After we decided which bike, they topped up the air and tightened whatever needed to be tightened and we were on our way. Thanks for making this EASY and providing excellent service.

I am obsessed with my new bike! The staff here was so cool. They let me test the bikes over and over with so much patience. Fitted me for the bike and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I worked with Frank and he was a Gem! Totally recommend this store.

I showed up on a whim based on a recommendation. I've been out if the mb scene for about a decade. Great pricing and extremely helpful. The guy I spoke to was clearly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had the last Trek Marlin 6 left probably in the state. I love this thing and the color is perfect. The gentleman was polite. Prices were high for my taste but maybe industry standard. I was surprised when no one lifted a finger to help me with my two bikes. I asked to keep my one bike there until tomorrow.. it was an an immediate no. However he then helped me to my car. Not a great experience, not awful either. I didn’t feel very welcome but they were not overtly rude..

Highly recommended!!! I just purchased a Schwinn bike from Target and not even riding it for 2 weeks I knew right away something wasn't right about it. I googled around, found this place and knew they been around for years. So instead of buying another bike, I took a chance with their tune up service. Within minutes of bringing it in, the owner I believe, told me right away the handle bars and brakes were installed wrong. I just picked it up today and what a CRAZY DIFFERENCE it made! Hours la...
