I just moved to town and needed an adjustment done to a new e-bike I purchased. I called the shop and Carmichael said to stop by during business hours and he could have a look at it. I stopped by after work, told him what was going on and he had the main issue fixed in under 10 minutes. I had a great experience at Carmichael’s shop today. The shop has recently moved. During my 30 minute visit for a chain replacement (which i didn’t expect to be administered on the spot), I met two customers that spoke volumes of their experience at the previous location. A shop owner with loyal customers like this is what I’m after, I’m lucky to have a resource like this a block away from home. Great service, very reasonable pricing, would recommend. Thanks!

The man at the shop was incredibly rude and condescending. I went in to change my tire tubes and when I asked if I could possibly get new tubes installed I was immediately questioned with a "WHY!?" because my bike could "probably do with just adding air!"
