Absolutely love this bicycle shop! I purchased a brand new bike from here and have been bringing it in for tune-ups ever since. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and you cannot put a price on personalized service. Had a wonky loose seat issue on a newer bike that I purchased at another bike shop. I didn't have the tool on me to do the tightening and still had several miles to get home, so I took a gamble and stepped into this shop. They took care of me right away, tightening up the seat bolt, offering advice, and they didn't charge me anything for taking the time to do so. I had an excellent experience at this shop. I had 2 bicycles that needed servicing and after bringing them in, they gave me an immediate estimate and a pretty quick turnaround on the repairs. I received both bikes in excellent condition. I found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will absolutely be returning and I recommend them without hesitation.

I bought a beautiful bike for my daughter here a couple weeks ago. The staff were super helpful in putting the accessories on and giving advice. Yesterday I got a hand written thank you note in the mail! Way above and beyond care here. Highly recommend this spot.
