Great and super efficient service. Dropped my scooter for a rear tire replacement on Monday and got a text that my scooter is ready to go on Tuesday! He got the tire replaced in no time. He was also super helpful with questions i had regarding my scooter, and also he tightened my brake, will go back again in case i need my scooter repaired again ( hopefully not 😀 ) After few months break from riding my scooter now i can finally enjoy my scooter again, im so glad and happy that i found this p...

I came in from Madison Wisconsin on a short notice while Keon Turner was short on time and had other customers coming, but he was still able to get my 2 scooters done before he closed for the day. Keon was very knowledgeable and polite as he explained everything that was going on with my scooters. I left to have lunch and before I was done he was ready for me. I have no idea how this place has 4.6 stars. My first interaction with the main guy (June of 2023 I believe) was him being rude, condescending and unprofessional. After dropping off my scooter I was told it would take 2-4 weeks which I was perfectly fine with. I gave them my phone number and was told that I would receive text updates. I did not want to leave a negative review but unfortunately need to agree with all the other reviews. Keon is not a pleasant person. He is rude and condescending. What's worse is he legitimately did not repair my scooter properly and literally ignored me when I pointed out issues. I was out $250 from the repair with my scooter not restored to its original functionality.
