What a find! My experience with Igor and his staff was excellent. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. He tuned up my bike and fixed a broken gear. He even made some minor adjustments to my other bike free of charge! He also honors Veterans with a discount. I will definitely come back and service my bikes there in the future. Great shop! Great prices! Great bikes! Great customer service!. Walked in just to look around. After a couple test ride I selected the perfect bike for me and i couldn't be happier. Will definitely be returning for all my cycling needs. I highly recommend.

So glad to be able to call Igor's my local bike shop. It is without a doubt the best shop in the city. This place is just different. Every employee offers attention and care when talking to you about your bike. Extremely reasonable pricing. Igor is not only a brilliant bike mechanic, but a community organizer, and all around great dude. While I am fairly adept at maintaining my own bikes, I still bring them to Igor to support the shop and its mission.

I had a great experience at Igor’s! Everyone was super nice, and Igor took the time to teach me a few things about my bike without being condescending. He also solved a problem that another bike shop had been unable to fix and my bike was ready the day after I brought it in (two days earlier than predicted). Highly recommend.

Igor and his team could not be better! As a business and as people, I had a really lovely experience. They took a very beat-up road bike I got secondhand and made it like new!
