Today I visited this location for the first time and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. A special thank you to the gentleman who helped me with tire suggestions and fixed previous mistakes on my bike, as well as Emily and the other staff members who made me feel welcome.

I went to Kozy’s to buy my first new bike as an adult. Dave helped me through the whole process. He was patient and let me try so many bikes and explained all the differences between the models. They let you test drive the bikes on the street to really get a feel. I felt so confident with my choice. A bike is a big purchase, but I highly recommend doing it at Kozy’s.

Been to a couple of bike shops in the city, and Kozy's is hands down my favorite. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Dave & Emily recently helped me with a new road bike, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, their maintenance and repair team does wizard-level work at a great price and with impressive efficiency. Would not recommend this bike shop. I stopped in for an inner tube replacement only to find out the inner tube they installed was no good. I understand accident happen, but for a $60 inner tube replacement you would think these guys know what they are doing. Highly disappointed. Now I get to walk the bike 2.5 miles back to the shop and hope they can successfully do it this time.
