After getting turned down by multiple bike stores unwilling to look at my carbon fiber e-bike, these guys did some complex repairs and absolutely nailed it. They are truly wizards with bike repairs and very affordable. If you are an e bike owner and need a repair, they are 100% the best in the Chicago area. Shout out to Troy!

Brought my bike in for a minor repair, ended up getting a tune up, when I received the bike back there was a burnt mark on my top tube, carbon melted, idk how they even managed to do that. And a mark on my front carbon wheel like it got hit by something very hard. Visible damage. Never bringing a bicycle here again.

Nice guys but I took in my broken spoke in & paid $35, it was fixed and did a good job with that aspect but I brought the wheel home and had a flat instead which wasn't the case prior to taking the wheel in. I called and they said sorry possibly a pinched tire. Yes, BUT you're a bike shop so the tube should have be replaced Correctly as your received it. I don't have a car, was a hassle bringing the wheel in then picking it up. Shouldn't pay to have 1 thing fixed only to give it to me flat or...

This place is not far from where I live and pretty decent prices for being in the west loop. The owner is nice and reasonable and he definitely earned my respect and return business. I'm a bike messenger downtown and it's great to have a bike shop like this around.
