How haven’t I reviewed Offbeat yet?!? Mandalyn is amazing, so knowledgeable patient and thorough. Go here for all your e-bike and cargobike needs. UL certified bike batteries and great mechanics. Kids bikes too and lots of fun accessories/gear.

I love Offbeat Bikes, it's a very neat shop! Also - the Urban Arrow is a great cargo bike. The gods have been very angry with us after the purchase of our Urban Arrow - no fault on the shop, it was just plain bad luck. But Mandalyn has been incredibly helpful and supportive and I’m excited to continue buying bikes from her in the future!

Will not service any bikes that are not Shimano or Bosch based hardware. I had a simple service request (adjust headset and ensure wheel is true after a minor collision). Any bike shop should be able to help with this; they were unwilling.
