Always capable mechanics here, sometimes attitude varies depending on staff or the day but I completely get it... I’ve worked retail. That was no problem today though. Jay was enthusiastic, thorough, educational, and accommodating to me, as well as other customers. Efficient and kind service — thanks Jay!

I stopped by while in the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised to find a newer store and very clean with their own parking garage. Did not expect it to be mostly a bike shop on the first floor. Spent my time on second floor with camping gear. Not much selection on what I was looking for compared to what is in their website, but they did carry the one I wanted. The staff is nice, but I don't recommended getting work done on your bike here. I picked up my bike, and then road it and it was skipping gears plus wasn't changing gears. So I took it back the next day, they kept saying it'd be quick, but it took 2 hours for them to "fix". They said it ran great, but it still isn't working 100%. Also, the front break pad started squaking right when I biked it back. I am taking it somewhere else, so I don't waste anymore time. The prices are NOT worth it. Do ...

Jay in the equipment shop did an excellent job with our snowboard bindings. I even had some weird specifics for my setup that he was happy to accommodate! Very pleasant and kind to speak to, extremely happy with his work!

Great for bike gear. I suppose it's a little pricier, but it's quality stuff!
