Vincent didn't charge me a diagnostic fee or storage fee for the scooter... but refused any kind of work on it. He helped me push the scooter to a safe location away from the storefront and it will reside there until next service. Totally professional and considerate interactions. Will do business again. I initially came in just to pick up a helmet, but Vince, the owner, along with George and Jorge, were incredibly helpful in pointing out that my tires were rotting and I was due for an oil change. 5+ stars. Thanks guys for The 2022 Scooterific Meetup! I don't give them out frequently, but Mr. Vince and the Second City team get 5 stars from me! They are active in the Scooter community AND they know how to fix scoots. Recent repair services to my BMS- Zhen 150 were great! Service work was on time and on budget. They got my baby back, baby back on the road! Best to call or make an appointment as their hours can vary.
