Specialized Chicago - Fulton Market

Walked in to check out some of the trainers they have. And after a couple minutes of speaking with one of them, he was really helpful knowledgeable on the item I was looking for. He answer questions that I had for the item. And after a couple minutes, I was comfortable enough to make a purchase. Excited to use my wahoo trainer. I'm definitely coming back. I need new shoes :)

I had such a wonderful bike shopping experience at Specialized Fulton Market! Jaris spent over an hour helping me make sure my bike seat was the proper height, picking out water bottle holders and helping me with shoes and pedals. The staff here really know what they are talking about when it comes to bikes. Specialized is a well recognized brand and this staff and bike selection at this store represent why it is a step above when it comes to bikes. I look forward to making this my go to bike...

I have been in a lot of bike shops in the USA and this is truly a 'flagship' store. It's an experience to be in there and all the bikes we drool over online are there in person with the best parts and the best paint. Impressive accessories selection too. James the manager is one of the best and everybody working with him has been helpful and enthusiastic as well. Kudos to James and Specialized. I'm happy to join the Aethos club....again!

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable team! We stopped in for a bike wrap clinic with Alex and learned so much about our bikes and bike maintenance. Entire team was so friendly and helped us find what we needed. Would recommend stopping in the store for all your bike needs as it has a good selection of apparel and gear, with a large workshop. Thanks Alex, David, and the entire team for a great visit!
