I bought my first “real” bike here yesterday, and Ted made the process seamless. From the initial phone call to walking out the door, he helped me feel comfortable on the bike and confident in my decisions. He suggested a few accessories without overselling or pressuring, and Eli installed everything for me in ten minutes. I’m thrilled with my bike, and even though I live up in Rogers Park, I see myself coming back for repairs and future purchases.
