⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The people at Whizz bicycle are absolutely wonderful to work with! They are attentive and knowledgeable and have always been very helpful with every maintenance issue I’ve had thus far. I am a very satisfied whizz customer. Special thanks to Makeba and Marcello for their attention, patience, and solution-oriented approach. I definitely recommend them! 🚴♂️✨
The most expensive and scamming company of all, beware! They offer a promotion with DoorDash where you make 25 deliveries for free, but then, magically, no trips appear until right after the delivery period expires. They're always changing their policies and trying to charge you for This company is charging me again; they're stealing my money. As a paying customer this was a complete lack of regard and a total slap in...
The guy is awesome really helped me out when it was detrimental. The idea that I was able to get a free phone mount and demo of the bike will bring me back soon. Thanks Whizz!
This company is charging me again; they're stealing my money. I returned a bike in perfect condition, but they claim I damaged the rim, which I know I didn't. They kept my deposit and only returned $33 out of the $99 they held. Now they're charging me another $63.94. This is an abuse; they're a total scam. I don't recommend this company; they're thieves. When you return the bike, they always claim it's damaged just to charge you extra.
