Fast, skilled, and inexpensive service by a nice man. I told him my tubes kept popping so he examined my rims and identified the problem. He made pleasant small talk while he fixed them and gave me a few extra bits of advice on my way out.

I bought a bike lock from here many months ago. When it stopped turning, the owner just gave me cash for it and didn’t even ask for a receipt. They also fixed my bike for a reasonable price many months before that. Great customer-centered service.

Took my bike to Bike Habitat to get a derailleur adjustment since the chain kept falling off. Had to go back a second time because the mechanic didn’t set the limiting screws properly. After the second trip I was biking towards cobble hill and the chain fell off again, getting super stuck in the frame.
