Have to say, this was a very unexpectedly great experience! I was contacted directly via text regarding my order. The gentlemen recommended an alternative that was a higher value scooter for the price. I did the research and he we right. This kind of personal touch is hard to come by these days. Bought my wolf Warrior 11 plus on 2021. No issue. The battery died on March 2025. So, I purchased a supposedly “brand new” $1000 battery to replace it.
