Have to say, this was a very unexpectedly great experience! I was contacted directly via text regarding my order. The gentlemen recommended an alternative that was a higher value scooter for the price. I did the research and he we right. This kind of personal touch is hard to come by these days. Bought my wolf Warrior 11 plus on 2021. No issue. The battery died on March 2025. So, I purchased a supposedly “brand new” $1000 battery to replace it. Bought it on beginning of March 2025, and on mid November. The battery died just like the original one. Called Fluid free ride few times and no answer, so decided to email them. Got a text message from them saying they will take 1 - 2 business days to get back to me. Took them about 4 - 5 days before answering my email. They said the warranty...

Hands-down, the best scooter I have ever owned. Not necessarily the fastest, but with a top speed of almost 53 mph.
