Was recommended to this shop and honestly it's been a great experience. Upgraded my exhaust and now it really turns heads. Also installed my side bar mirrors and now it looks so much better! And lastly they upgraded my factory stock suspension... Definitely worth it! In all I highly recommend this spot. Word of advice.... Try not to go in there with a sense of entitlement attitude. See it all the time and trust and believe you WILL be dismissed.

Excellent service! The team at Sutter Ave Bike Shop is super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my bike quickly, used quality parts, and made sure everything ran smoothly before handing it back. Take your business somewhere else. This shop is NO GOOD! Unfair price for faulty parts that does not last. I support this business a lot more than half. The supplies that were bought from this store breaks sooner than anticipates. Even with proper care. If you have a problem with supplies, they give you a difficult time to rectify the situation. Then they want to charge you more money for the same part, more than half the time, it's the owner arguing with you. He is very combative and disresp...

This place is a scam, they trick you into buying broken items and when you try and return it they claim the boss took the money.this isn't a place you want to spend your money.report them to the better business bureau they shouldn't be allowed to be open and steal people money

I needed a connector replaced on my battery. They repaired in less than 30 min and I was good to go! Great Service
