Whether a runner or cyclist, this place is full of knowledgeable folks. Stopped in today to learn about shoe fit. Chris spent 20 mins learning about my special fit needs and educated me on different makes, models and shoe style. He wasn't a salesmen looking to make a sale. Great!! Best shoe shopping experience I've had in years!! I was there mid-day on 12/06/25 and the employee who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. After carefuly using the technology tools that the store has to assess the unique details of a customer's gait & feet, he helped me in selecting the sneakers that were both were the most comfortable for me AND that would be best for my job ( 40 hours a week in a workplace with a concrete floor.) We brought our bike all the way from South Carolina for them to repair. They fixed it when other places could not. Very reasonable price. We also bought 2 more bikes when we were there! Pro Bike Run is the best!

My mother-in-law and wife came looking for shoes and were given excellent service, so when it came time for me to purchase a bike, I wanted to have a look. I am so glad I did because Dave and Chuck from the bike department were friendly and knowledgeable and got me a great bike at a fantastic price.

Went in to get a run analysis and the team was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. It was really busy but they took time with everyone and had such expertise about the products. Got a great new pair of running shoes and learned a lot!
