Great bike shop. I have been buying my bikes here for probably 20 years or more . their bike mechanics are also very good and always pay attention to your needs.. I recommend them to all my family and friends .

Great shop filled with quality bikes but more importantly really great people. Greg the sales manager helped my wife surprise me with a new Santa Cruz for Christmas - even offering to hand deliver the bike on Christmas Eve to my home so that I would be surprised on Christmas Day. I recently went to Pro Bike+ South Hills (where I had been going for service prior), to look for a new mountain bike. Greg spent quality time with me, twice, as well as offering his cell number for me to ask additional questions after I left. He did such a great job educating me on the newest technology and guiding me to what I should be riding based on my personal criteria. He coached me through the whole process and I couldn't be more pleased. He could not have done a better job!

Purchased a Cannondale Topstone gravel bike at the south hills location in bethel park. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The employee on Saturday evening 3-26-22 was very knowledgeable at south hills location. They have a good selection of bikes.
