They don't have all the tools to work in a bicycle.

Needed a part for my carbon bike. I told the mechanic I have a carbon bike I needed a compression sleeve for the top cap assembly. After waiting an hour!! He told me sorry I don't have that part for carbon bikes. I told him it needed to be a carbon part, he didn't believe me I guess and that it was alloy. Im on a cross country bike trip and thought rei had the expertise to keep me going. I guess not

Could not recommend this place more. The mechanics are top-notch and go above and beyond expectations. Repairs are inexpensive and quick and they're totally transparent about the work.
