Very easy from start to finish. The online waiver is simple. Staff provided routes, lock, and helmet. I will be glad to do business with them next time I’m in Charleston.

The associates at this store are so sweet and so awesome! Also, they have a really cute & friendly pup lol. The gentleman who took care of me was SO kind. Literally helped me customize my beach cruiser and went above and beyond to make sure we got it home safe. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes from start to finish including the time it took to pick out my bike and customizing the fenders and tires. LOVE!! 10/10 experience. Totally recommend!!

We booked the bikes online from Canada with the aim of doing a part of the east coast greenway. The service and the communication was great, they even managed to adapt the comfort hybrid to have a rack for our touring bags. We rode the bikes for 250 miles, from South Carolina to Florida, with no issues of any type, the trip was great thanks to bildabike and the sturdy quality of their bikes!! We will be back for sure to bike pack more on the Brewster and the civilderness 😍

Amazing service and knowledge. Bowie helped us and was very knowledgeable and talked about all the bikes we asked about given details around the features they had. Also answered the many questions we had and helped us make a decision for our Christmas gifts. They also had a bunch of people stop in for repairs while we were being helped and were so fast with them you Bailey noticed they stopped to repair while they were helping us. 110% recommend coming to the bike shop.

This is my go to bike store in downtown Charleston. Jeff is extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to help me with my e-bike tire, even though I just needed a new tube and it was a cheap easy repair, he actually found the tiny metal fragment that caused the issues and showed it to me and explained ways to avoid it and deal with tire repairs/prevention in the future. Plus they have a nice old dog that hangs out and keeps the shop vibes up. I couldnt really ask for more. ...
