Ride Bikes

We were in the market for a trike for my wife. Unfortunately she has some medical issues which make it risky to be riding a traditional bicycle. We went to Ride Bikes to see what our options were. I'm handy, but my 2002 Cannondale had shifter issues and I was tired of messing with it so after seeing Ride Bikes' 5-stars on Google reviews, I knew this place was good. Myles has my vote for best customer service and can-do attitude. Arrived Wed for firstever Lowvelo. On Thur orientation ride, rear derailleur malfunctioned. Walked into shop, Myles stopped working on a bike and quickly diagnosed pin fracture. Several calls later, we had bike receipt and warranty repair approved with new part inbound...but it wouldn't make Sat start time. Great care and service. I took my trike to another shop and they adjusted the wheels and placed them out of alignment which quickly wore down my new tires. They insisted the bike was fine when I explained the change. I then took it to Ride Bikes and they quickly realigned the wheels and went above and beyond to make things right. Plus, they are super respectful and listen. I will only use Ride Bikes.

great shop, great owner. went in looking for used tires for a budget build. owner let me dig through his used parts stash and gave me a ton of useful advice. 10/10 highly recommend.
