Its not very often that you get a quick response after leaving an after hours voicemail, but the folks at Cooper River Cycles got in touch with me the next morning they were in the shop. 1 week to the day and my order was at my doorstep! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the area or looking to reach out if you're in the SE region or nearby. I bought a Santa Cruz Stigmata from another dealership. Drivetrain SRAM Force. I noticed I slight clicking noise and was not sure whether it was bottom bracket or what. After several attempts from this dealership the problem seemed unsolvable. Gage at Cooper Cycles said give me a shot. I have fell in love with my gravel bike all over again and problem completely solved. I will forever take all my road and gravel needs to this place!!!!

The crew at Cooper River Bicycles are nothing short of amazing! I was having an issue yesterday with a new e bike that I purchased from an online retailer as CRC was not able to get the bike I wanted. Great people and great service. I have bought 7 bikes from them over the past 5 years. Before that I was taking bikes in for service bought from other places. Always friendly, and always giving the best advice on what needs to be done. They'll identify warranty issues and get them taken care of before you even notice something is wrong.
