We rented bike to do the Mission Trail. The rental process was quick and easy. Shortly after we started the trail, one of our bikes had a chain snap. The owner came out right away with a replacement bike and they even discounted our rental. If visiting San Antonio, I recommend renting bikes from the Blue Star bike shop and seeing the missions.

We rented the pedal bikes but had I known that there were quite a few inclines not Hills but it was a hot day and it is a long ride I would have done the extra money for the e-bikes. Great customer service. I called by as an emergency as my wheelchair had a puncture. I was on vacation and didn't know the area at all They helped me immediately and replaced my tyre tube within 15 mins.

We rented bikes from Blue Star Bike Shop and had an amazing time riding the Mission trails and part of the River Walk near downtown. The service was excellent—friendly, relaxed, and easy from start to finish. Parking was simple, which made the whole experience stress-free. We had a wonderful day biking together, and it was such a fun experience to share with my husband. Highly recommend!

After reading reviews I now see that we weren’t the only ones with a problem parking to ride. We frequently visit all of the shops at Blue Star and never have problems except at the bike shop. The First time going there we were rushed out so he could close the doors in the middle of business hours.
