The service and product options are terrific! Anthony does a fantastic job educating about the bike, what is needed for service and possible products to help with the bike. The manager Devin is great. There is absolutely NO pressure to buy anything. The Trek bikes, however, are packed with features, they look great, and they have a reputation for quality and durability that is well known, and they almost sell themselves.
