I couldn’t for the life of me get the wheels on my new bike to set up tubeless, despite them coming tubeless ready. The crew at Ride Away Bicycles on Huebner got it done same day, making new bike day possible! Quick work and quality. Reasonable price as well. Plan to take my bikes up there for full service in the future.

Took my bike in the same day for repair, they were great about helping me out right before close, and I couldn’t have appreciated them more for helping me out. I came from out of town because my bike shop was gonna take a week to get repaired, and these guys fixed me up the same day. Shout out to Ruben and the whole team. Will come back soon!

Tried talking to a Hispanic male who repaired bikes. The gentleman stated that he could not replace my tube on my electric dirt bike. Literally two months prior, another mechanic at his shop completely built my electric bike. I waited 20 minutes for him to tell me he couldn’t replace my tube unless I stayed there. I told him I don’t understand why I couldn’t leave it there for the repair. The gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful… if I were the owner, I would not allow this gentleman...

Everybody else I called about replacing the innertube and tire I already purchased quoted me 50 and higher, and told me Id have to drop my ebike off for roughly a day, when I called these guys and their price was 30 over the phone, and came out to $27 and change, which I let them keep as a tip. I brought my ebike in, they mounted it to the rack and went to work. Took longer to ride the bus from the far NW side into the Medical Center. Great job guys!
