Full shop with a deep inventory and friendly staff. I had been wanting to test ride a bike at this shop for a while, once I rode it I realized I needed more time to contemplate my purchase after the ride. The guy helping me didn’t try to push the sale and encouraged me to think it over. He flowed with positive energy and answered my dumb questions. Just had my first experience buying a bike at Alki bike and board and due to their approachable and kind customer service I will go nowhere else in the future. This place is exactly what a local bike shop should be, knowledgeable, approachable and good to their patrons. I will always refer my friends to this shop from now on.

Seriously the best! Newer to West Seattle and haven’t had need of a bike shop yet, but I found my place. Super patient as I weighed my options. 100 precent recommended. Came in to fix my longboard, they were very kind the whole time and I even ended up buying an additional longboard from here. We found a multitude of problems with my longboard and they fixed them all and were very professional, kind, and patient. Absolutely go here if you have problems with your longboard, great prices and 10/10 service

Had my 1987 specialized hard rock mountain bike electrified 3 years ago and have enjoyed it immensely. Just had new handlebars put on to sit up better due to age and injuries. Alki bike has made it possible for me to still ride my bike.
