I provided him my e-bike 6 months ago to fix. Have been calling constantly with no answers and he said he call me when it’s done. Still 6 months later, no call and I can’t get a hold of him. Go somewhere else.

When I first visited this store I thought they had been vandilized, nope, it's just that much of a mess. The employee was assembling a bike on the sidewalk. Since it's nearby, I thought I would look past the mess and ask for the parts I needed. The employee never called me back, never followed up. Go somewhere else!

I looked inside and the place looked worse than an episode of hoarders. The guy was working on a bike outside and got me the tube I needed but I could not even walk in the store because there was so much stuff stacked up everywhere. The guy was nice and got me what I needed but I will not be back.

Dale is awesome. Set up our new Tricycles today, helped a ton of good people as he was doing it. I'd send family and friends to him without hesitation.

I have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike. My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didn’t have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired...
