Wish I could give them 6 stars. Came in with my bike chain and derailleur hanger in bad shape. They quickly helped install a new chain and even installed my hanger for me as well. Great place!

This is a great bike shop with friendly staff and skilled technicians. I purchased a new bike here earlier this year and the person helping me out kindly offered to cut down my carbon seatpost since it was a bit too long. Later on, I went to them for a Di2 drivetrain upgrade and Kelsey did an amazing job! Ascent Cycles helped save my day. I was involved in a low-speed collision on the way to the trail along the Puget Sound. There were no injuries or serious damage, but the holder I used to attach my toddler seat to my bicycle became bent For a reasonable price and in a short amount of time, the technician was able to repair the holder, reattach it, and make sure we could have a safe and fun family trip. Excellent service, great and friendly staff! I git my Kona Process at a good price and I’m so happy with it. They had all ready to go, when I got there to pick up my bike (adjusted for my height and weight, pedals installed, etc). I’m getting now from them the safety equipment (helmets, knee pads, gloves).

Great bike shop with super friendly and understanding staff! I went in not with very little knowledge of what was wrong with my bike, and Kelsey was so helpful in finding the problem and fixing it. Turnaround time for the service was very quick, I can’t recommend enough!
