Bike Works Seattle

The staff here are fantastic. Not only did they do a good job with the work I needed on my bike recently, but their customer service is second to none and the shop is always stocked with the essentials. Seems like they just want to support folks getting out on bikes. Happy to call this place my LBS.

Really friendly staff and cozy shop in South Seattle. The shop reminds me of an old cafe layout and you see 2-3 staff working on bikes. The upstairs has a nice selection of bikes and the downstairs sells accessories, helmets etc. the shop isn’t huge and I like this. It reminds me of a community hub and enjoy supporting.

My regular bike shop was closed and they were a reasonable distance from my house. I need to have a tube replaced.And they did an excellent job in a timely manner. I believe it was Grace that did the work and she is fantastic. If you need anything for a bicycle, these guys all set you up.

I'm so grateful to Kellan and the team at Bike Works for helping me to find a bike for my work commute. He was so patient and thoughtful. I found the perfect bike to meet my needs and within my price range. I highly highly recommend visiting Bike Works!

We were biking through the neighborhood when we got a flat tire — not ideal, especially mid-ride. I called this shop hoping they could help us out in a pinch. Unfortunately, they immediately told me they don’t service e-bikes, even for something as basic as a flat tire. I wasn’t asking for anything technical — just a tire fix. Just a heads-up to others: if you’re riding an e-bike and need quick help, don’t waste your time calling this place. They weren’t helpful at all, even in an emergency.
