I’m a longtime BMW rider and looked to go to a different brand. After looking, the reason I stayed with BMW was Charlie the service manager. For years he has gone above and beyond my expectations taking care of me and my bike. I knew no other dealer would take care of me half as well as he has. Great experience at Seattle BMW! I took my M1000XR in for its first service and all went well. The Service, Parts and Sales Staff are all Pros and very customer oriented. This is my first BMW Motorcycle however, we have had many BMW Autos over the years, and I appreciate that the quality of service and responsiveness between these two organizations are both excellent. BMW is a premium brand and Seattle BMW Motorcycles deliver premium services.

Reviews aren't really my thing, but when customer service stands out I have to make it known. Charlie in service provided me with some of the best customer service, things from offering to do doing the service him self to make sure I got on the road ASAP, getting me into emergency service ASAP even though the shop was closing and keeping me updated and fast responses when my bike has been in service. I took my 2018 R1200GS Rallye to this shop for a cam shaft and rocker arm replacement. Charlie at the service department was exceptionally helpful and courteous to my bike needs. They got me in quickly and got the work done perfectly. The rest of the staff in this business was a pleasure to deal with.
