I came in with a part installation on my bike at the last minute, and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. On top of the fantastic service, they also have an awesome selection of clothing, gear, and ride fuel. Great local bike shop along the Burke!

Had a tire/tube explode dramatically on a ride nearby to here. Unfortunately my bike had a security bolt that another shop couldn't get off. This shop managed to get my bike disassembled, but didn't have a compatible tire and tube. They declined any money for helping me get the bike to a state where the other shop could fix it. Very kind and generous service.

Super great shop. Nice folks, very knowledgeable, and they carry some really great gear and bikes. They also have a few weekly shop rides. Have yet to go on one due to hours not aligning with my work schedule, but the routes are superb.

Shout out to Kempton for the great fit adjustment! I'm fairly new to cycling and I was having some issues in my bad shoulder (prior non-bike related injury) during my longer rides thinking we needed an adjustment to something but I wasn't sure what. After a thorough review, we had a Plan A and Plan B ready to try out. Plan A fix did the trick! It was relatively quick and everything was explained to me during the process really clearly. This shop is really excellent. They carry high quality road, gravel, and mountain bikes. Their staff (and the owner) are knowledgeable and tell it like it is. If you're looking for a high end bike shop with great service in Seattle, look no further!
