Kai and the fellas are fantastic. Needed my brakes replaced and gears checked on my ebike. Took less than 45 minutes and my bike is purring better than when it was brand new picked up from the shop where I bought it. Highly recommend and will be my regular bike knowledge shop.

Kai at EZE Rides really came through for me with my new Talaria XXX Pro. My bike was making that common squealing/rubbing noise a lot of owners deal with. Cool people but they bricked my electric unicycle that was ridable when i brought it in and charged me almost $300. Need to pay to ship it in to manufacturer for repair now. The repair shop owner claims i brought in my wheel already bricked but thats not true. It was running. The company is aware of this because I had to send them videos.

Kai has done work on both my Talaria and Cake bikes. He’s always been done faster than is quoted and has never left me disappointed. One time when out riding I realized my chain was super loose and he stopped what he was doing to help. Although he had a lot on his plate he can’t help but strike up a conversation and show you cool stuff. Awesome guy and awesome shop.
