Neal is the man. I go to him for all my bike fit needs and have never been disappointed. My road bike and tri bike are comfortable and my power is way higher than it'd be otherwise. Top 25 (overall) bike leg in my first ever triathlon says it all. Bonus, he takes good care of his clients which is rare nowadays. He has extensive experience in both cycling, triathlon, and physical therapy. Highly recommend 10/10.
Neal built a custom mountain bike for me, and the experience was great all around. He's a physical therapist that works with athletes, so I feel like the fit is more spot on than what you'd get from a typical shop. He was really helpful walking me through various options for components so I could make the best decisions on what to invest in. And he's really resourceful: my bike was built during the pandemic when it was hard to find parts, but Neal made it happen somehow, and took time after d...

When my wife got a new bicycle I tried adjusting it to relieve pressure on her hands, but this only led to oddly co...
I'd been wanting to get a gravel bike but wasn't sure on fit, size, etc. Neal's studio at Footworks Cycles is great and when you first walk in, it's clear he's all about getting the right fit for you; no pushy sales or products. Neal uses the latest software and hardware techniques to analyze your motion while you pedal on a "fit bike". A high speed camera records your pedaling position, and a saddle pressure sensor (Gebiomized) tracks your saddle pressure. This is key to a great fit an...
I had an excellent experience getting a bike fit from Neal. He was incredibly through and addressed all of my current concerns (knee pain). I had another fit in the area but preferred to see a PT when I started developing knee pain. Don’t look any further when looking for a fit! A PT who is also a cyclist is the magic combo.
