I am so grateful I purchased my bike from this shop. It is the cutest little shop! Shawna and crew provide excellent service. They are earnest in working with you and do their best to help customers feel comfortable and welcomed. It is a great place to visit if you know nothing about bikes, or if you’re a seasoned pro! They do get busy (like every other bike shop in the world), so if you need serious work done, expect to make an appointment. Their selection is top notch, and they have every...

I just had wheels installed and tubeless tires set up at Free Range. They did an excellent job! The bike was ready way before their promised time frame. Add to that the knowledgeable and friendly staff in a warm and welcoming environment. My search for a new LBS is over. Thank you!

They saved my bacon today. I ran over a piece of glass and tore my back tire and tube open, even if I had been carrying tubes and tools (I wasn't) I'd have been screwed. Shawna got me back in the saddle in like 40 minutes with a new tube and two new puncture resistant tires (so they match). I definitely recommend this LBS.

Community-oriented, woman-owned bike shop. A friend recommended them because of their “saddle library” and I’m so glad I checked them out!
