The highlight of this shop is the people — a friendly and knowledgeable team that goes above and beyond. Despite a longer than expected turnaround on my bike repair, I had a great experience. Due to a technical issue with their messaging system, I didn’t receive a notification that my bike service was complete. Best bike shop in a city full of excellent contenders for that title! Community-oriented but still carries high quality components and mechanics are of the highest caliber. Performance-oriented but still a comfortable gathering space for all. Plus they just have top tier style. Don't sleep on the cafe either!
