Gregg's is THE BEST. The knowledge and passion is a beautiful thing, and the customer service is BEYOND. I love bikes, working on them myself and this is a bicycle utopia. I brought my Gazelle e-bike in to schedule a check-up. They were able to run the Bosch diagnostics while I grabbed some lunch and did a full inspection as well. I was so completely happy with the way I was treated and the quality of service and the care showed by the technicians. It was an incredible experience. I will for sure be back.

Excellent communication throughout the repair process of our Cannondale e-bike that had suddenly stopped working. They were able to quickly identify the problem and get it fixed. In the process they found a number of items needing attention and addressed them all for a very reasonable price. So happy to have a great bike shop close to home!
