I’ve had an amazing experience buying a bike through Metier - from the initial fit, to deciding on the right bike, to the purchase and build, Rick, Todd, and the rest of the Metier team were so helpful and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process, no stone was left unturned and I walked out with a beautifully built bike that fits great. The shop is worth the visit in and of itself, with great coffee and brews on tap. This place and its people ooze love for cycling!

I have to say I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Metier. I Have had them tune up, and set up bikes for tubeless in the past but when faced with the huge decision whether or not to upgrade the drivetrain on my number 1 bike, or not. Luke walked me through the process and answered all my questions got me taken care of, completely painlessly! I would highly recommend this shop, for service, or sales to any cyclist! Metier is a one stop for gear, training, and team. Hands down the best bike shop in Seattle, and I'm sure rivals any shop in the US or Europe. I've been training with the Team this year and while challenging, has made me better. Lastly the mechanic is top notch and my bikes are always running perfect. You are missing out if you have not checked out Metier !

Metier did an excellent job working with me on a new bike. I broke a frame and needed to swap components to a new frame, they presented a ton of options and quotes. For the build they were super communicative, emailing me consistently and making sure I got everything I wanted. Build was spectacular when it was done and absolutely issue free, dialed into a fit I provided, and was race ready on day 1.
