Stopped by for some parts and I was genuinely surprised with the selection and availability since I am used to shopping at the larger shops. The friendly and knowledgeable staff had me in and out in no time. I will likely continue going here as they are my local shop.

I love this neighborhood bike shop. I take my e-bike and my 11 yo's bike here for there annual tune up or if ever there is an issue. They charge a fair price and have suggested ways for me to save money. They're communicative during repairs so I can discuss any potential changes to what was expected but for the most part their estimates have been pretty spot on. Most of the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my bike in to get the wheels looked at and front tire changed. I was charged $300 for new tires and "comprehensive maintenance" of the bike. More than I paid for the bike. It came back with the back wheel slanted at an angle touching the frame, and front & back brakes touching the wheels. Came back and an employee looked at it for a minute and moved the breaks. He didn't charge me for it, now it drives a bit better, but that isn't much since they charged $300 to mess up my bike. I am ...

Mend has tuned up my bike multiple times until I rode it into the ground; they noticed a cracked frame that could have turned into a catastrophic failure and offered to recycle the bike. Great service advice and prices.

Excellent customer service. I recently brought 2 different BMX bikes to be assembled and I am totally happy. I did pay a little more to have my bikes put together ASAP and they came through for me.
