Rad Power Bikes - Seattle

My wife and I bought our first eBikes (Rad City 5) at the Seattle location in 2021and just picked up a 3rd bike (Rad Rover 6). We LOVE these bikes. Came here five years ago to test ride and then order a step-through city bike which I love. But the real test of any product is when something goes wrong. Last week, the bike fell over, and the LCD display broke while we were traveling. I called RAD service and spoke to a competent person who suggested the new part be sent to a RAD official partner bike shop down the road. The part arrived on time and was replaced within minutes.

Had an awesome experience at the Rad Bikes store! The staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I asked a ton of questions. They helped me test ride a couple of models and gave honest advice based on what I actually needed - no pressure, just helpful guidance. Customer service has been lovely so far. The Radster rules! It’s powerful and all the components aren’t builder-grade crap, they’re if the highest quality. The extra perks like lights, turn signal and a back rack make it even more worth the price. At 6’3 finding a bike that fit my frame was rough, the larger Radster like a glove. Rad bikes have made our outdoor vacations much more enjoyable. I was so pleased with our Rad bikes from the beginning, I have purchased Rad bikes for all my family. Seven so far and we all love them. Their customer support is the best, always taking care of any issues. Looking forward to making many more beautiful memories with our Rad bikes!
