Poor selection of actual products you might need to keep your bike running. This is a retail bike shop only. It’s great if you want to spend your dividend on a low to mid-range bike, but if you’d then like to ride it and service it yourself, look elsewhere.
I've had decent experience a few times in the past but with the last visit, I lost all trust in them due to safety issues. After they worked on my bike, I had a very loose front axle, messed up derailleur and the rear tire setup in reverse. I took my bike in for derailleur adjustment and tubeless setup for both wheels. Do not come for bike repairs. very long queue and the person at the desk are extremely slow. Always have 30-50 minutes of waiting time. Also, they almost force you to take membership.
