Love this shop!! I've been taking my bike here for years. They're always super nice, communicative, prompt, and give me helpful explanations about what's up with my bike / what they intend to do about it so I can learn a bit, too. Scott in particularly is really helpful. Definitely recommend it.

I’m visiting Seattle for the first time and the bike that my hotel let me borrow had flat tires and no bike pumps. This shop saved me at 8am (before they even opened) and let me use their bike pumps so I could get home. Thank you again!
