These folks are great. Really knowledgeable repairs and advice. Needed a chain replaced today, and they had it done in 5minutes. Used them before for bike services, brake bleeds etc - always great work.

The guys at Polka Dot did an amazing job making a used mountain bike I recently purchased ride like new. They were super friendly and approachable, answering all my questions and teaching me how to get the most out of my bike. Highly recommend.

I’ve been into the shop before for some routine maintenance and they’ve done great work but this time I just needed to pickup some grease for my bike at home. They had just sold their last bottle so the mechanic happily shared some of his workshop supply to help cover what I needed, free of charge. That’s the type of experience and service you want from a great local bike shop - top-notch!

What a great neighborhood bike shop! Bike folks could sometimes be a bit aloof and/or snippy, but Romain and James were great and friendly, and they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the [no longer!] mysterious problem that was plaguing my bike, and also doing a general tune up. My bike is super-important for my work commute and getting around town (and, frankly my general happiness;), and I am excited to have this place in the neighborhood. Thank you!

The man that took care of me today. Got me in last minute when I had a flat tire. He picks up a replacement tire that cost $65 a tire he didn’t even let me know until I asked him that there was an option for $35 tire . He proceeds to tell me the labor would cost $35 okay cool … time to check out and the labor cost $45. He puts a charge for inner tube as well that he relays to me as we are checking out like a jackass. Granted the inner tubes were probably necessary and I appreciate him...
