Charles is the bike doctor that other bike doctors go to. He's earned a long roster of savvy, satisfied, repeat customers over many years. If you want swoosh and polish, go elsewhere, but if you care about your bike, and if you want to understand the nuances of how it works, take it to Wright Brothers and learn from a master.
