Took my electric bike in that I have ridden less than 100 miles for some rear end noise when using power assist. Technician advised he would look at it and suggested it may be the brakes. I just paid 405$ for my brakes to be replaced with no improvement. Bike has had no change to the issue it was brought in for. Had my thrashed pivot serviced. I had it setup tubeless, new brake lever and they even cleaned it! Would recommend for service, fair price. Thankful to have a shop close to beacon hill when I break my bike again. 🙃

I've been to Hillyard Bicycle twice recently and both times I felt like the gentleman working there was annoyed to be helping me. He was very short with me and seemed bothered by me asking questions. As someone new to the hobby I left feeling like maybe I wasn't welcome as a new rider. Their selection of bikes, parts, and accessories were good, and the shop itself was nice. This is the closest bike shop to my house, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Helpful and knowledgeable . If you buy a bike online, it's still good to have local support.
