REI Bike Shop

Taken my bike there 3 times for the same issue, back brake wasn't working and made funny noise. They told me fixed it each time and it's still not working. The rest of the store is great

Built out a carbon fiber mtb and the new suspension that I put on it had a higher PSI than my current pump could handle. So instead of buying a new one. I thought I would take it in so they could do some final touches on my build and add pressure to the rear shock. They did not put air in the shock above what my pump could handle. Today Andrew the long haired guy at the bike shop tuned my derailleur, fixed my crank and fixed my chainring. He also spent an extra half hour cleaning my brakes for extra stopping power. He was extra nice and gave me a great deal. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I visit this bike shop. Best in Spokane!

Quick service and excellent work, I have a catrike expedition, take up a lot of room and even though it uses normal bike parts it had some work to be done that was put of the norm due to mods I have done. They handled all my service requests beautifully.

Was able to get same day service for a small thing with my bike, for an awesome price. All the employees were really nice and helpful. Would recommend
